You can force NT to automatically reboot after a crash by opening regedit and looking for this string:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet
Right-click on the 'AutoReboot' string in the right pane and select 'Modify'. Change the Value to 1. Windows NT will now automatically reboot your system after writing the crash log file.
